        “PLO Executive Committee member [and Secretary-General of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front (PPSF)] Ahmed Majdalani rejected the decision of the Israeli occupation court obligating [the PLO] to pay financial compensation to the families of three settlers who were killed in a Palestinian operation in 2001 (i.e., 3 victims of a terror attack, see note below).
Majdalani said in a statement: ‘The aforementioned decision is a new Israeli way of stealing the money of the Palestinian people.’”
